The upper and lower boards are very good with minor scuffing and fading. The spine, however, is heavily faded but with bright gilt lettering. It also small tears to both tips (one slightly larger repaired to the bottom). Page edges foxed and soiled, and the endpapers have glue repairs. Signed by the author to the half title which also has some pencil notes. Foxing has also affected the margins of the pages but barely so to the text. Contents otherwise very good.
